The brilliant^® model was developed by individuals with a high level of experience in, and extensive knowledge of, the fluorescent color business. Our aim is to offer ‘best of breed’ fluorescent technology, provide local inventory and technical support, all the while bringing exceptional value.

We achieve this by collaborating with fluorescent manufacturers throughout the world and applying our extensive technical experience and market knowledge. We conduct thorough testing to determine product quality and suitability for the marketplace. Finally, we conduct local quality control testing for all lots in inventory.

Our company is based in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California. It is here that we maintain inventory, manufacture various products and perform all of our laboratory testing and product development.
