Darren Bianchi
Founder and CEO

Darren has been working with fluorescents since he was an undergraduate student in chemistry. After finishing his degree in chemistry, he joined Radiant Color in California in 1990. Starting as a chemist, he quickly progressed through roles of Environmental Manager, Technical Director, VP-Technology, Sr. VP and later became President of Radiant
Following the sale of Radiant, Mr. Bianchi joined the Dane Group UK (SWADA, Sterling, Novaglo, Glowbug brands) and in 2007 he founded Brilliant Group.
Under Darren’s leadership Brilliant has been growing consistently focusing on customer experience, technical expertise, and product development.
Julia Folk
Global Operations Manager

Julia Folk joined Brilliant in 2021 to coordinate our operational activities and support our management team. She brings a wealth of process and people management experience to Brilliant Group. She has recently accepted an expanded role as Global Operations Manager where she will be working with the Customer Service team on new initiatives to increase customer intimacy and continuously improve customer experience.
Chrysa Soulantoni
Customer Service - Europe, Middle East and Africa

Chrysa joined Brilliant in 2020 while she was finishing her MBA in the San Francisco Bay Area. Chrysa's organizational skills and customer service background, gained while helping to manage her family's small business, proved tremendously valuable. She is now back in the EU managing our inventory in the Netherlands and supporting our European, Middle Eastern, and African customers and distributors.
Odile Harbaugh
Marketing Manager

Odile is the latest addition to the Brilliant team, having joined in March 2023. Odile brings rich and varied marketing experience ranging from global communications to brand management, new product launches, and digital & social marketing, among others and will be responsible for taking Brilliant’s brand and market presence to the next level.
